I own a day time restaurant where the carpet is very old. We cannot afford to replace the carpet so we tried hoovering it ourselves using an expensive pet vax which squirts water into the carpet and sucks it out again. It did improve but could still have been better. Gary kindly popped round to assess our problem. We agreed a cost and he done a fantastic job for us. Embarrassingly the water that he sucked out was the colour of lead in a pencil despite our daily hoovering and best efforts. We wouldn't hesitate recommending or indeed using Gary's services again.
