Removal :This depends on a few factors:
What the stain is?
How
long it's been in the carpet?
and has removal of the stain all ready been
attempted before?

Rugs
For rug cleaning I take them away with me and will then
return them to you in a few days time
I do this as they are cleaned using a different machine and a hot foam clean
method.
As you can see below it's quite a shock how much dirt can build up and get
trapped in a rug.
